Personal Training

Have you ever stopped to think about where your belief in working out and exercising came from?

Our society has built in norms that make us feel like we are never enough and we must be as thin as a supermodel. Sometimes we get caught up in cycles of improvement and complacency, but approaching exercise in a new perspective can create a whole new outlook on movement and change the way you think and feel.

One of the best secrets in life is finally recognizing the value of being active in your daily routine. No matter what age or what stage of life you are in, finding an inner strength and love for a challenge bring a new passion and confidence.

Our style of personal training is to use minimal equipment, basic foundational moves, and simple principles to support our members beginning, intermediate and advanced goals along the way.

We work extensively on technique to help prevent injury and strengthen your muscles during training. Our core strength moves such as squatting, bench press, dead lifts will create a ripple effect in building your metabolism, strength, and creating a strong physique.

Whether it be quickening your 40 yard dash, finishing a 5k for breast cancer, making the football team or lifting your 40lb soil bags for your new garden, we can help you achieve strength and conditioning goals in methods that don’t involve counting calories or running on a treadmill.

Whatever your goals or experience may be, you will be able to find your exercise niche at MickFitness. Check out the types of training we offer and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

One-On-One Training

With the gym to yourself, one-on-one training is the most personal and private experience available at MickFitness. The most „traditional” personal training; you, the client, will receive 100% of the trainer’s attention and experience. With a program tailored specifically for you and your favorite music playing, the environment is truly yours to enjoy.

Small Group Training

Get the personal training experience with others. A group setting of your peers with similar exercise goals may be the most beneficial type of training for you. Whether they be your friends, family, co-workers, a friendly face looking for a partner to help get in shape, those exercising in a group will become close and will depend on one another for extra motivation and an added personality to your workout. These sessions may include up to four others and will save you money.
